Our aims are simply to provide landlords and property
agents with a site they can visit and openly discuss
topics related to property and the property market place
in the UK today. This site was compiled to supply that
place and for landlords across the UK to help each other
with their experience and knowledge in all aspects of
property, in short this site is created for landlords by
a landlord.
The housing market today is one which is changing
rapidly, with the governments budget the property market
for landlords and agents was shown no real mercy. In the
wake of the budget, the mortgage rates increased, talk
of a credit crunch came about and overall the picture
portrayed by the government is one of doom and gloom.
Landlordslunch.com came into being by a local landlord in
Doncaster who felt the need to fill the vacuum with
constructive advice and thus encourage landlords from
across the UK to participate on the evolving Forum we
have on this site to share their views , help and advice
to others in the property market, a sort of club for
Landlords themselves.
The site is named landlords lunch as we concluded in
a light hearted way, that landlords tend to discus
property over a business lunch, hence the name of the
site.
Our vision is to create a uk wide community of
landlords, a site you can come to and get positive
answers, email other users and ultimately help you on
the letting and rental ladder.
